Gary Levine is the CEO and Founder of Two Step Software Inc. which he started in 1995 following the sale of the international software company Pilot Software, Inc. where he was its General Counsel. Before Pilot, Mr. Levine was a corporate and securities attorney at Hutchins & Wheeler in Boston, MA and specialized in private equity and venture capital work. Gary graduated from the Boston College Law School and the MIT Sloan School of Management with a concentration in Finance. He received his B.S. from Duke University. He has authored numerous articles, is a frequent speaker on corporate governance and capitalization management, and contributes to the Corporate Focus Insight Blog.

Jeremy S. Wright

Jeremy serves as Chief Operating Officer for Two Step Software. He is responsible for overseeing all product enhancements for Corporate Focus, managing Two Step’s support and services group and maintaining the company’s internal operations. Over the past decade, Jeremy has helped private companies with their capitalization tables, equity accounting under ASC Topic 718 (FAS 123R), and online minute books. Jeremy is an expert in the implementation of cloud solutions and was integral in moving Corporate Focus to a hosted platform and Two Step’s internal business systems to cloud-based offerings, such as Salesforce and Google Apps. Jeremy frequently speaks at leading industry events and contributes to various industry publications, as well as to the Corporate Focus Insight Blog. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming.

Douglas F. McCartney

Doug McCartney joined Two Step Software in 2001 and has managed the company’s sales growth since that time. Doug brings more than two decades of experience in software sales and marketing experience to Two Step. Previously, he served as Vice President of Marketing at Pilot Software, Inc. and Vice President of Business Development at Adaytum Software. Doug holds an MBA from Boston College and is a graduate of Colby College.

Sachin Shrestha

Sachin Shrestha joined Two Step Software in 1999 and has been the chief technical architect behind the browser-based version of Corporate Focus. He continues to direct the product development team at Two Step as well as manage the technical infrastructure at our SaaS hosting facility. Sachin received his B.A. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maine.
