Two Step Software webinar offers a five point framework to simplify compliance in an environment of increased scrutiny of internal controls.

The webinar, entitled “Proven Strategies for Improving Your Legal Compliance Scorecard” is a 45-minute live, online presentation that will be held Thursday, February 28, 2008, at 1:00 pm EST. Experienced corporate counsel from private equity backed, technology companies will discuss how to develop a practical approach to compliance that answers the question: “What are we doing about the top legal compliance risks facing our company?”

They will offer practical proven strategies for good corporate governance and risk management.
