FrahanBlondé serves law professionals in both law firms and law departments. The consultancy firm conducts coaching, training, intelligence and advisory assignments on a range of strategy, organization and management issues, including governance, practice management and knowledge management. Barend Blondé has worked with law professionals since 1997. Before engaging in consultancy, he supported and coached professionals from in-house positions, including helping the General Counsel of De Post/La Poste, the Belgian national postal company, with restructuring the Legal Department. Barend holds a masters degree in Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and one in Business Administration from IAG, Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve.

Paul Lippe is the founder of Legal OnRamp (www.legalonramp.com), a collaborative service for law departments and law firms. He specializes in legal and business development -- providing tools, processes and services to manage legal processes and transactions optimally. Paul’s most recent position before founding Legal OnRamp was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and led Business Development and Corporate Marketing for Synopsys, the global leader in sophisticated technology for chip design. Paul is a frequent speaker on legal and operational issues, and has spoken at numerous law firm retreats, business and law schools (including Harvard and Stanford), as well as other venues. He has been published in diverse periodicals. Paul is a graduate of Yale College and received his JD from Harvard Law School.

Gary D. Levine
President and CEO
Two Step Software, Inc.
Gary founded Two Step in 1995 following the sale of the international software company Pilot Software, Inc. where he was its General Counsel. Before Pilot, Mr. Levine was a corporate and securities attorney at Hutchins & Wheeler, prior to the 2003 merger with Nixon Peabody, and specialized in private equity and venture capital work. Mr. Levine graduated from Boston College Law School and the MIT Sloan School of Management with a concentration in Finance. He has authored numerous articles, is a frequent speaker on corporate governance and capitalization management, and is also the author of the popular blog Capitalization Matters.
