He has more than 20 years of leadership experience, including 12 years as general counsel to publicly traded software companies. Craig came to Gomez from MRO Software, a provider of asset management software. Previously, he was VP & General Counsel at Interleaf, Inc., a provider of publishing solutions. Craig began his career at BrownRudnick, an international law firm, and holds a Master's degree in Management from the MIT Sloan School and a JD from Boston College.

Previously, Mark was a Partner in the corporate department of McDermott, Will & Emery’s Boston office where he focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, financings and general corporate and securities matters. Mark received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from Tufts University and his law degree from The George Washington University Law School.

Gary founded Two Step in 1995 following the sale of the international software company Pilot Software, Inc. where he was its General Counsel. Before Pilot, Mr. Levine was a corporate and securities attorney at Hutchins & Wheeler, prior to the 2003 merger with Nixon Peabody, and specialized in private equity and venture capital work. Mr. Levine graduated from Boston College Law School and the MIT Sloan School of Management with a concentration in Finance. He has authored numerous articles, is a frequent speaker on corporate governance and capitalization management, and is also the author of the popular blog Capitalization Matters.
