Question: What is the price of the system?

Answer: Please contact a sales person for pricing for Corporate Focus for Law Firms. The cost is primarily based on the number of entities that are tracked in the system.

Question: Can I try it before I buy it?

Answer: Yes. When you sign our license agreement, there is an initial 14 day trial period. If it does not fit your requirements, you can just stop using the system and owe us nothing.

Question: How is security addressed by Two Step's hosted system?

Answer: For most customers, the levels of security provided by Two Step are higher than their own organizations would provide if the system were self-installed. Question: If the data is hosted by Two Step, can I get my data back?

Answer: Yes. The license agreement provides that if you decide to end your use of the system, you can request a copy of the data file which will be sent to you on a CD.

Question: Is support and training included in the license fee?

Answer: Yes. There is no additional charge for standard support services from Two Step. Standard support includes unlimited access to training courses and materials, as well as toll free end user telephone support which is available from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm EST. Each new customer is also given access to the customer support section of our web site which provides user documentation, online training, and discussion forums.

Question: Can access to the system be provided to our clients?

Answer: Yes. In order to collaborate better, you can grant selective access to your clients so that they can see only the information that relates their own company or group of companies.

Question: How fast can I get started?

Answer: Almost immediately. Once an agreement is finalized, a new customer will be set up and receive their log in information and training materials within one business day. In addition, a Two Step support person will contact each new customer to answer questions or offer other assistance.
