Document Assembly - Sample Screens
Take a quick tour of a few sample screens from the Document Assembly Module. See how it can address your most important challenges and whether you’re ready to take a look at an Online Demonstration.
1. Document Selection
The Document Assembly Module comes with a standard set of document templates. You can create your own custom documents by modifying these templates or by adding new ones using HotDocs Professional.
2. Company Selection
The list of companies from Corporate Focus shows an example of data that can be used to populate documents. A user can select data on the fly; or if less interaction is preferred, the data can be automatically populated into the document.

Document Assembly Wizard
The document assembly wizard pulls information for the selected company from Corporate Focus and provides the user with screens to review the information before creating the document. For even greater flexibility, these screens even provide fields to manually add information that is required by a document but is not tracked in Corporate Focus.
4. Document Generation
Documents are created in Microsoft Word after running the document assembly wizard. For ultimate power and flexibility, the resulting documents are created in the native Microsoft Word environment where users are most comfortable. And, best of all, there's
no risk of typographical errors since you have standardized on a set of document templates and pulled information directly from Corporate Focus.
