1. Company Dashboard
When looking for information, you can look at a snapshot of a single company or search for information across all of your companies. Do you need to know who were the officers or directors of one company on Dec. 31st or do you need a list of all the companies where one person is an officer or director? The company dashboard is also an easy way to share the information and documents with other members of management or your investors, attorneys, or accountants from a single, centralized screen on a read-only basis.

2. Online Minute Books
As an online minute book system, Corporate Focus makes?it easy to tra?k all of the governing documents and minutes and consents for each company. Then, you can later search for documents based on either the data or the actual text. You can even dynamically link each of the minute book documents to the related corporate records to create a legal audit trail. For instance, you could drill down to see the related board minutes for an officer record or an option grant.

3. Capitalization Tables
When you need to better understand the complete capitalization structure for each company, you can look at a fully-diluted capitalization table that will help you better understand the control and ownership of the company. You can even export the information to Excel for further manipulation. If you need more detailed information or to understand how things have changed over time, drill down to see every historical record and transaction.

4. Reminder Dates and Emails
To maintain good corporate compliance, it's critical that you can easily find every key date that relates to the information that is tracked for all of your companies. The task list makes it easy to view all of your date related records or only those that you choose to view, whether by date range, priority, or record type. To make sure you never miss a key filing date, Corporate Focus can be set to automatically send out a daily email alert with a link to all of your due dates, reminder dates, and activities.

5. Summary Reports and Documents
The ultimate output of the system is a set of easy to read governance, ownership, and compliance reports. You can export the reports to Excel spreadsheets or email them to clients as PDF files. Whether you need to create summary company reports, lists of information across one company or across all of your companies, print stock certificates or option agreements, or send out standard notices and memos, all of your reports and documents are based on the most current information and can be modified to meet your changing needs.
