Question: What is the price of the system?
Answer: It starts at $299 per month based on an annual license. The cost is based on the either the number of stakeholders (Equity Focus) or number of entities (Corporate Focus) that are tracked in the system.
Question: Can I try it before I buy it?
Answer: Yes. There is an initial 30-day trial period. If it does not fit your requirements, you can just stop using the system and owe us nothing.
Question: How is security addressed by Two Step's hosted system?
Answer: For most customers, the levels of security provided by Two Step are higher than their own organizations would provide if the system were self-installed.

Question: If the data is hosted by Two Step, can I get my data back?
Answer: Yes. If you decide to end your use of the system, you can get a copy of your data file at no additional charge.
Question: Is support and training included in the license fee?
Answer: Yes. There is no additional charge for standard support services from Two Step. Standard support includes unlimited access to training courses and materials, as well as toll free end user telephone support which is available from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm EST. Each new customer is also given access to the customer support section of our web site which provides user documentation, online training, and discussion forums.
Question: How fast can I get started?
Answer: Almost immediately. Once an order form is completed, a new customer will be set up and receive their login information and training materials within one business day. In addition, a Two Step support person will contact each new customer to answer questions or offer other implementation assistance.
